In order to produce the highest quality of rice cracker, the complication in making takes at least two weeks before the completion of Japanese Rice Cracker ended. Starting from selecting best quality of glutinous rice, washing, soaking, milling, steaming, refrigerate, mochi, cutting, dried, baking, inspection, flavoring, finished dried, metal detector, and then packing must be undertaken through GMP&HACCP procedures.   As the result, it is rice cracker that has it own unique in its texture, nourishing in its ingredients, and versatile in its consumption.   In addition, rice cracker can also perform in different shapes, flavors, sizes, colors as to meet customer’s satisfaction needs.
